Production

We use our own Egginox egg-shaped stainless steel technology, which allows us to produce wines with a pronounced fruit character, refined texture, and exceptional purity of flavor. This innovative design combines superior hygiene, precise technological control, and respect for the terroir and the authentic expression of the grapes. Our philosophy is based on clean vinification without the influence of wood, allowing the wine to interact naturally with the lees and develop its own authentic complexity.
